 Store Policy (United States) 


Refunds - You may request a full merchandise refund (excludes sale items) for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order at Customer Service, please include your name and order#. If eligible, a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and return instructions will be emailed to you. All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags and accessories must still be attached. Refunds will NOT be given for used or worn products. Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 business days of RMA# issuance. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels or pay for return shipping costs. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. A refund will be submitted to the original form of payment after we receive your return. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information as we will not issue refunds for lost goods. 

 

*Discounts and Free Shipping – If for any reason a return causes an order that received a discount and or free shipping to fall below the required amount, then those amounts will be deducted from any refund that’s owed. In the case of free shipping, Standard Shipping will be charged against any refund that’s owed. If an order received both free shipping and a volume discount, then both amounts will be deducted from any refund due.

Example 1 - If you received a $15 discount but you returned $50 worth of product(s) which causes your order to fall below the discount threshold then you will receive a $35 refund. $50 - $15 = $35

Example 2 – If you received free shipping because you ordered X dollar amount but then you return a $30 item that causes the order total to fall below free shipping threshold then your refund will be $30 minus the Standard Shipping rate.

Example 3 – Your order received free shipping and a volume discount, but your return causes your order total to drop below the volume discount threshold but not the free shipping threshold then we will deduct the volume discount from the refund amount, but you will still receive free shipping.

  


 *Store Policy update for orders placed on or after 1/1/2024 - In an effort to expedite and simplify exchanges we will no longer process any exchanges after 2023. If you need to exchange a product please refer to our refund policy.      

Exchanges - You can request an exchange on eligible items (excludes sale items) within 14 days of receiving your order at Customer Service, please include your name and order#. If eligible a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and return instructions will be emailed to you. All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags and accessories must still be attached. Exchanges will NOT be made for used or worn products. Exchanges must be shipped within 7 business days of RMA# issuance. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels or pay for return shipping costs but we will ship your exchange free of charge (limited to one exchange per order). Once your return is received we will start your exchange, some items may not be available in your size but we'll let you know to allow you to make substitutions. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information as we will not be responsible for lost goods. 

 


 

Tracking Numbers – All orders are shipped with tracking numbers which allows you to track your package until it is delivered to your address. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once your order is shipped. Larger orders may include multiple tracking numbers. If you didn't receive an email with a tracking number check your spam folder or login here to obtain your tracking number or contact us at Customer Service, please include your name and order number.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages – We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. A package is determined to be delivered once the tracking information shows delivered. Please contact us if your package stops tracking for longer than 3 business days.  

 


 

Wrong Address – We’re not responsible for orders that are delivered to a wrong address due to incorrect or omitted information. This includes missing apartment numbers, unit numbers, and the like. Orders will be shipped to the address provided on the order unless we hear from you prior to shipping the order. This excludes orders that are paid for with PayPal, see below for more information.

 


 

PayPal orders - All PayPal orders will be shipped to the address that is selected on PayPal and will override the shipping address selected on our website. In accordance to PayPal policy we must ship to the address that is selected on PayPal for any given transaction and can’t be held responsible for shipping to the wrong address.

 


 

Undelivered Packages - Orders that can't be delivered for any reason by the carrier or are refused will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee against the merchandise cost along with actual shipping which is often more than what customers pay on their order. 

Pre-Order Terms – Expected ship date for pre-order products is listed on a product’s detail page. Payment will be collected at the time that the order is placed and will receive priority status once it arrives. DO NOT order pre-order products with non pre-orders items or your entire order will be shipped on the expected ship date. 

 


 

Damages - In order to prevent and or minimize shipping damaged goods we check our merchandise at two points A) when we receive orders from our vendors and B) before we ship products to our customers. If you still receive damaged good(s) they must be reported within 14 days of delivery to Customer Service, please include your name and order number. A return merchandise authorization number(RMA#) along with return instructions will be emailed to you. All damaged products must be in new condition and shipped back to us within 7 business days of RMA# issuance. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels or pay for return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information as we will not be responsible for lost goods. Once your return is received we will start your exchange, some items may not be available in your size but we'll let you know to allow you to make substitutions. 

 

 

 

Store Policy (International) 


Customs Duty and or Import Tax - Any import duty or tax will be paid for by the buyer/recipient at the time of delivery. All custom forms will have invoice cost on them and we will NOT be responsible for additional fees impose by your country. Any package that's denied or is deemed undeliverable by shipper will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus actual shipping cost which is often more than what is charged.

 


 

Refunds - Due to higher than normal shipping cost all sales are final. All international orders are checked diligently for damages and size accuracy.

 


 

Shipping - All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) by Priority Mail. Orders can be tracked, usually within 48 hours of ship date on USPS.com 

 


 

Shipping Time-frame - All orders are shipped within 24 hours*. Every effort is made to ship all orders complete so we might hold an order if we're expecting a shipment for any product on your order that may be out of stock or to offer you an opportunity to substitute that item.

Typing or Size Errors - Please check your order confirmation for any errors as we are not responsible for typing errors. Our t-shirts are high quality 100% pre-shrunk cotton and average in size as follows: Body Width: M=20", L=22", XL=24", 2XL=26", 3XL=28" This scale should be used as an average size chart only. Actual size may vary.

 


 

PayPal Orders - All PayPal orders will be shipped to the address that is selected on PayPal and will override the shipping address selected on our website. *All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. In rare cases Pay Pal may review a payment for security reasons which may delay a payment by up 48 hours. Also, e-checks take up to 5 business days to clear. We close for all major holidays.
