Here's how our shipping process works:
Most orders are processed and shipped same day.
We offer our customers Peace of Mind with tracking information on every order.
1. Tracking numbers allow you to track your package’s progress and delivery day. Right after a shipping label is created you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number/link which looks similar to the example below. To track your package(s) just click on the tracking number(s). This will display the most up to date shipment status including item location, estimated delivery day, and delivery date. To receive shipping & delivery updates by text simply click on your tracking link and and enter your phone number to sign up.

2. After your order is delivered you'll receive a delivered email notification letting you know your package has arrived. This service is dependent on carrier updates which may be delayed by up to 24 hours.

Standard Shipping takes 4-9 business days depending on location:
- Free on Orders $75+.
- Orders under $75 start at $4.95
Select Shipping takes 2-5 business days depending on location:
- Rate Starts at $7.50
Expedited Shipping takes 2-3 business days and includes Saturday delivery:
- Upgrade any order to Expedited Shipping starting at $8.00
*All orders are usually processed and shipped same day. In rare cases PayPal may review a payment for fraud which may delay orders by up 48 hours while E-checks take up to 5 business days to clear. We close on all major holidays.
International Orders
International orders are not eligible for free shipping but qualify for order discounts starting at $125.
Standard Shipping - take 10 - 25 days for major destinations while deliveries to other destinations may take longer.
Priority Shipping - take 6-10 days for major destinations while deliveries to other destinations may take longer.

Customs Duty and Taxes - All custom forms will have invoice cost on them and we will NOT be responsible for additional fees impose by your country. Any duty or tax will be paid for by the buyer/recipient at the time of delivery. Any package that's denied or returned by the carrier will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus actual shipping cost which is often more than what is charged.
